Sports Career Launch does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, internships, promotions, placement, compensation, career advancement, or specific career outcomes.
Hiring decisions are made by employers, professional teams, leagues, universities, agencies, companies, and other third-party organizations. SCL cannot control and does not guarantee those decisions.
Any guidance, coaching, feedback, recommendations, resources, or materials provided by SCL are intended to support career preparation and professional development. The client remains responsible for their own effort, execution, applications, interviews, communications, decisions, and outcomes.
Sports Career Launch is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, placement agency, sports agency, agent, or representative of any client.
SCL does not apply to jobs on behalf of clients, negotiate employment terms, represent clients in hiring discussions, or make hiring decisions for any third-party organization.
Viewing this website, submitting a form, sending an email, calling, texting, or otherwise contacting Sports Career Launch does not automatically create a client relationship.
A client relationship is only created if Sports Career Launch and the prospective client mutually agree to work together under the applicable program terms, payment terms, and participation expectations.

Individuals under the age of 18 may use the website or participate in services only with the involvement, supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
SCL reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services if SCL determines that a prospective client or client is not a good fit for the program, fails to meet participation expectations, provides false information, or engages in inappropriate, abusive, dishonest, or unprofessional conduct.
Submitting a form, contacting SCL, or requesting information does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service.
SCL reserves the right to accept, decline, pause, or discontinue services based on fit, capacity, client needs, availability, program requirements, or other business considerations.
Clients are responsible for actively participating in the program and completing required expectations.
Client responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Attending scheduled coaching sessions
Completing assigned action items
Following the established job search process
Maintaining consistent communication
Completing checklist requirements
Preparing for sessions in advance
Submitting accurate and truthful information
Applying feedback in a professional manner

Making their own career decisions
SCL may provide guidance, feedback, strategy, templates, resources, and accountability, but each client remains responsible for their own conduct, effort, decisions, and results.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to SCL is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.
This includes, but is not limited to, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, TeamWork Online profiles, career history, education history, employment status, application materials, goals, form responses, interview details, job offers, compensation information, and communications with employers or third parties.
SCL may rely on information provided by clients when offering guidance, feedback, or recommendations.
The Sports Career Launch Program may include structured coaching sessions, preparation assignments, resume review, LinkedIn and TeamWork Online guidance, networking strategy, interview preparation, mock interview practice, career direction support, accountability, and related resources.
Program structure, content, availability, timelines, pricing, and support may vary based on the client’s stage, needs, and the current SCL engagement phase.
SCL reserves the right to update, modify, pause, discontinue, or change program structure, services, resources, pricing, and policies at any time.
Specific pricing, refund terms, payment schedules, placement success fee terms, participation requirements, and program expectations may be provided in separate enrollment materials, invoices, program agreements, written communications, or other client-specific documents.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a client-specific written agreement, the client-specific written agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
Clients are expected to communicate in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduled sessions should be attended on time. If a client needs to reschedule, the client should provide reasonable advance notice whenever possible.
SCL may establish specific scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, communication, and response-time expectations during enrollment or throughout the program.
Repeated missed sessions, late cancellations, lack of communication, or failure to participate may affect program eligibility, refund eligibility, and continued access to services.
By submitting a form, contacting SCL, or enrolling in services, you agree that SCL may contact you using the information you provide, including by email, phone, text message, or other reasonable communication methods, for purposes related to your inquiry, enrollment, services, scheduling, payment, and program participation.
SCL may also send occasional updates or marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications by following the instructions provided in those communications or by contacting SCL directly.
Transactional, administrative, billing, scheduling, or service-related communications may still be sent as needed.
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages from SCL related to your inquiry, scheduling, services, payment, or program participation.
Message and data rates may apply. You may request that SCL stop sending text messages by contacting SCL directly.
Pricing, payment terms, refund terms, and any success-based payment obligations will be communicated before enrollment in any paid SCL service or program.
Depending on the applicable program phase or agreement, SCL fees may include an enrollment commitment fee, placement success fee, installment payments, or other payment arrangements.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding all payment obligations before enrolling.
SCL may require an Enrollment Commitment Fee to demonstrate a client’s commitment to the process and encourage active participation.
The amount of the Enrollment Commitment Fee, whether it is refundable, and the conditions for any refund will be communicated before enrollment.
Depending on the applicable program phase or agreement, SCL may charge a Placement Success Fee after a client accepts a qualifying sports sales position.
A Placement Success Fee is only due if the applicable conditions are met under the client’s program terms or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Placement Success Fee is triggered when a client accepts a qualifying sports sales position.
Clients agree to notify SCL within seven (7) days of accepting a Qualifying Sports Sales Position.
Failure to provide notice does not eliminate the obligation to pay any applicable Placement Success Fee
Placement Success Fee obligations apply only to qualifying positions accepted within twelve (12) months following enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For purposes of these Terms, a qualifying sports sales position may include entry-level or early-career roles in areas such as ticket sales, inside sales, membership sales, premium sales, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, university athletics sales, fundraising, development, or other sports business sales-related roles.
The specific roles that qualify for a Placement Success Fee may be further defined in the client’s enrollment materials, program agreement, invoice terms, or written communication from SCL.
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable program phase, payment structure, and written terms provided at enrollment.
If SCL offers a refundable Enrollment Commitment Fee, the client may be required to meet specific participation requirements to qualify for a refund.
Participation requirements may include, but are not limited to:
Attending scheduled coaching sessions
Completing assigned action items
Following the established job search process
Maintaining consistent communication
Completing checklist requirements
Meeting program participation standards
Acting honestly and professionally throughout the process
Failure to meet participation requirements may result in loss of refund eligibility.
Any refund policies, exceptions, timelines, or payment-specific terms should be reviewed before enrollment.
SCL may allow certain fees to be paid through an approved installment plan.
Installment payment options, amounts, due dates, payment methods, and consequences for missed payments will be communicated before or at the time of invoicing.
Clients remain responsible for all approved payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment platforms such as PayPal Business or other payment processors.
SCL is not responsible for payment processor errors, outages, fees, delays, security incidents, or third-party payment policies.
Clients should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third-party payment processor used.
Clients agree not to initiate improper chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were authorized, delivered, or made available under the agreed terms.
Clients should contact SCL first to attempt to resolve any payment concern, billing issue, or refund question.
